Jessica Hinshaw Soulsby is a Commercial Account Manager with more than 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has worked across commercial and personal lines, developing extensive knowledge of account management, insurance operations, coverage analysis, policy review, marketing, renewals, claims support, and client service.

Jessica has managed complex insurance programs totaling more than $10 million in premium and has worked with over 50 insurance carriers and wholesale brokers. She is experienced in coordinating every stage of the insurance process, from gathering information and evaluating coverage needs to presenting proposals, reviewing policies, processing endorsements, and assisting clients throughout the policy term. Her background also includes agency operations, team leadership, employee training, and business ownership.

Jessica holds an active Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty License. She is also a Florida Notary Public. She is a member of Florida Association of Independent Agents and Young Agents Council. She is currently completing her designation for (AIAM) Associate in Insurance Account Manager and is completing her independent Agent Master Business Program (IA-MBA) thru the Florida Association of Independent Agents.

Jessica believes clients deserve more than a policy—they deserve a knowledgeable advocate who listens, explains their coverage clearly, and helps them make informed decisions. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing dependable, responsive service to the businesses and individuals she serves.



Outside of work, Jessica is married and a proud mother of three—two sons and a daughter. She values family, hard work, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.
